Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a trial before booking?
No, we do not offer trials before booking. Due to high demand, we cannot hold wedding dates for trials, as multiple brides often inquire about the same date. Our bookings are first-come, first-served, and a $250 non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract, to secure your date.
How far in advance should I book?
We book out almost 2 years in advance, so it’s recommended to secure your date as soon as possible to ensure availability. We typically do about 100–150 weddings per year, so our calendar fills up quickly!
How much time do you need on the wedding day?
On average, we require about 5 hours total to complete hair and makeup services for the bride and bridal party. The exact timing will depend on the number of services booked.
Can I choose my artist?
Yes! You will have the opportunity to select your artist, and you will also get to view their portfolio to ensure their style aligns with your vision.
Can you stay for touch-ups?
Yes! We offer the option to stay for touch-ups to ensure your hair and makeup remain flawless throughout your event. This service can be added to your booking upon request.
Do you travel to my location?
Yes! We are a fully mobile beauty team and will travel to your getting-ready location for your wedding day. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
Can I schedule a trial after booking?
Yes! Once your date is officially booked, we recommend scheduling your bridal trial 2–3 months before your wedding. This allows enough time to finalize your look while keeping it fresh for your big day.
What if I don’t like my trial look?
Your trial is a collaborative process, and we will work with you to make any adjustments needed. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and beautiful walking down the aisle!
